I just saw Deal with Burt Reynolds. Not bad for a Poker film.

I watched 'Bashing' the other night. Its about a Japanese girl who volunteers in Iraq and gets captured. When freed, she returns home and is subject to ongoing harassment from everyone for bringing shame on the country and her family. Its pretty bleak and seems a bit over the top sometimes but its still good. 3.5 Webbys.

I just saw Funny People. It was alright, Seth Rogen was more than tolerable and Eric Bana actually was funny. 3 Webbys

Busy few days for me, I saw....

Looking for Eric - Thought it was brilliant, well written, full of humour and very feel good. It also had Cantona playing La Marseillaise on the trumpet. 4 Webbys

The A-Team - It was fantastic because it did what it had to.

The characters were all very well cast. 3.5 to 4 webbys

Toy Story 3 - Brilliant film. Was geared more at those who were kids when it first came out and would have scared the shit out of me if I was a kid but it nearly had me in bits. 4.5 Webbys because it was a great conclusion

We all thought it was very good. I felt there was a couple of things they got a bit wrong but at the end there were jeeps flipped onto their roofs so I can't be too critical. My major gripe is that they killed the van. Some stuff should be left alone. 3.5 Webbys.

Yeah, I had been expecting the van to make a reappearance but it never did.

B.A needed more Gold.
