Any problems in the last few days were caused by the database server dying a slow death. It's been replaced now, so that should be the end of our woes!

The site was down for another hour or so there. That's pretty poor. Sorry for the inconvenience. It's very frustrating!

It's out of our hands, unfortunately, but we're looking into a solution that'll put it almost entirely in our hands. Then any problems are all our fault!

There's a load of hard-looking builders working on the road outside with Queen blaring out of their truck. A strange sight!
